Cancel Pre-Tenancy

This action can be accessed by finding the Tenancy and by right clicking on it and selecting Cancel Pre-Tenancy.

Cancelling a Pre-tenancy performs the following actions:

• Shows the amount of Holding Deposit Received.
• Provides an options on how what to do with the Holding Deposit.

  • Refund Tenant – Select this option to transfer the holding deposit received back to the tenant. This will make a Payment Made To You

  • Transfer to Company Account – Select this option if you are retaining the deposit. This will use the Holding Deposit to pay a new charge of admin fee.

  • Transfer to Landlord – Select this option if you would like to transfer the holding deposit to the landlord.

• Remarket the Property. Note if the Property isn’t remarketed the status will be set to Not Available.
• Add Notes - these will be added against the Notes fields against the Tenancy
