Property Details #2

Enter the property details as applicable.

• Display Address - this is a short address that can be displayed for the Property on web sites.
• Description (brief) - the text entered here should be a simple one line “teaser” for the Property. It is limited to 300 characters and must be entered for the Property to be uploaded to Web Sites.
• Description (full) - this is for a full expanded description. There is no limit on the amount of text entered. This field is important for Web Sites & Portals, but if left blank Acquaint will substitute the Brief Description.

• Advert Description - The Advert Description field held against each Property will be used when producing Adverts. If this has not been entered then the Brief Description field will be used instead. If left blank the Full/Brief description will be used.

• Bullet Points - are useful to highlight important features. Click the Add Bullets button to select the relevant Property Bullets.
• Directions - directions to the Property
• Service Charge - specify the service charge and frequency Monthly, Quarter Yearly, Half Yearly, Yearly.
• Ground Rent
• Lease (years)
• Virtual Tour URL #1, Virtual Tour URL #2, - specify the URL address for the URL tour, this will be sent in the web upload
• Property Linked To - if the Property is linked to another
• Assigned User - the user managing the Property
• Assisted By - the User assisting with the Property.
• Site/Branch - the Site or Branch dealing with Property.
• Company - the Company assigned to the Property.
• UPRN - the Unique Property Reference Number
• Alt Reference - an alternative reference can be used here this can be used when finding a Property.

Frequently used Bullet Points can be saved as Templates.
