Internal Messages

Messages can be sent internally to Users. An option against each User record provides to switch on/off these messages, this defaults to on.

The Messages icon is available from the Quick Access Toolbar. Or New Items icon. An option against each User record provides the ability to switch on/off these messages, this defaults to on.

Sending an Internal Message

1. Assign a Contact and Property if applicable.
2. Enter the Message
3. Select the check boxes against the Users to select to whom the message is to be sent.
4. Click Save

Acquaint automatically creates system messages when a new property is added or the price or status is changed.
