Property Offers

Accessed via Main tab -> More -> Property Offers. The screen is also called by clicking on the Property Offers Pending Home Page Reminder.

This screen will list all your Property Offers in one screen, displaying the following information:

• ID
• Address
• Owner
• Contact
• Amount
• Status
• Notes

The screen can be filtered on

• Category - For Sale, To Let or All
• Usage - Residential, Commercial or All
• Status - Pending, Awaiting Proof, Rejected, Accepted, Withdrawn, Tenant Leaving / Left or All
• Branch - Selected Branch or All

After accepting an offer but you are still waiting on proof of funds you can using the Awaiting Proof offer status to keep the property status marked as Available.

The following actions are available from the Menu button or by right-clicking on the screen

• New - add a new Property Offer
• Edit
• Reports - Property Offers By Property, Property Offers By User or Property Sales Commission
• Find
• Export Grid to Excel
• Refresh

When entering prices use keystrokes short cuts to make it quicker. For example, type "100K" and this will format as "£100,000", type "1M" and this will format as "£1,000,000"

The Property Sales Commission report option will only be displayed in the right click menu if the grid is filtering on Accepted Offers for Sales Properties.
