Property Presentation Export

Its purpose is to create graphic slide images with descriptions for each Picture of a Property and place them in a selected Folder for creating a Slide Show.

The Property Presentation Export function can be accessed from the Miscellaneous tab of the ribbon menu.

The contents of the Folder can then be displayed on a TV Screen / PC Monitor as a Slide Show using one of the following methods:

1. Burn the images to a CD/DVD and play via a DVD player connected to a Screen.

2. Copy the images to an SD Card or USB Stick and play via a Media Player connected to a Screen. Note that some Screens have build in SD Card / USB Readers.

3. Use a Windows PC with a Slideshow Screen Saver pointed to the Folder

4. Use a Windows PC with Slideshow software pointed to the Folder.

Creating a Property Presentation Export

1. In the Destination Path field use the drop-down arrow to choose a folder location for the presentation, if the folder does not already exist click the Make New Folder Button and click OK.
2. In the Category field you choose a tenure from All, Sales or Lettings.
3. By default properties under offer will not be included but can be included by selecting the Include Under Offer check box.
4. By default the street name of the properties will not be displayed but can be included by selecting the Include Street Name check box.
5. By default only the first picture of the property will be displayed but all the properties photos can be displayed by clearing the Only Include First Picture Checkbox.
6. Colours can be selected for the Background, Heading or Text.
7. A default Panel Image of Template is provided, optionally a custom option can selected.
8. Clicking Run will generate the presentation.
