Acquaint integrates seamlessly with Spark Energy by exporting Tenant's details prior to Check In and Check Out. This export can then be transferred to Spark Energy.
The integration must be initially enabled in File -> Site /Branch Configuration ->System Configuration ->Bespoke / 3rd Party Links->Spark Energy Here another setting specifies which Management Types are exported.
Once enabled the Spark Energy Export will run automatically twice a week (Monday and Wednesday). It includes Tenancies started in the last seven days or ending in the next thirty days. The file will be placed in Acquaint's temp path and automatically sent to Spark Energy.
The export includes both Pre-Tenancies and Current Tenancies.
