Did you know Acquaint can recognise new portal enquiries in your Outlook inbox? Once identified it will automatically create a new Applicant Contact record for you with all their information, name, email address etc.
Process Outlook Emails is a function that reads through your Microsoft Outlook Inbox and Sent Items folders and automatically creates Applicant Contacts and imports emails that have been sent and received from Contacts. This saves you valuable time, and cuts down on searching through emails or calling colleagues to find out the latest.
Process Outlook Emails is accessed by clicking on the Outlook Emails icon on the Main tab of the ribbon menu in the Options group.
Applicant Contacts will automatically be created for emails received from the following web sites:
