Following numerous requests we've improved the support for Open Viewings with enhanced functionality in Version 11.
Previously Acquaint could only support feedback against the first applicant. Acquaint now has the now the ability to add many applicants to an open viewing appointment and store feedback for each.
The feedback button on a diary appointment has been moved to a new feedback tab where any attendees that have requirements will appear in the feedback tab.
On the feedback tab notes and responses can be entered directly into the grid or by double clicking on a row. Feedback request emails will be sent to all contacts that appear in the feedback tab. Feedback for each will be seen on the feedback report.
