Custodial Scheme Deposit Requests

A Home Page Reminder will be displayed for Outstanding Custodial Scheme Deposit Requests. This are requests pending with the Custodial Scheme.

Alternatively, this can be accessed from the Financial tab ->Outstanding Custodial Scheme Deposit Requests.

The Custodial Scheme Deposit Requests screen will be displayed showing all requests that haven't been received yet. Options are available for:

• Company Filter
• Status (All, Outstanding, Received, Cancelled)
• Received Date
• Branch

The following information is displayed:

• Requested Date
• Tenant
• Property
• Landlord
• Requested Landlord Amount
• Received Amount
• Requested Tenant Amount
• Received Tenant Amount

Once the money is received from the Custodial Scheme select the Deposit Requests to by selecting the Include check box and click Run. Optionally, you can change the amount of the request before running by right clicking and choosing Edit Received.

Right clicking on the request has the following options

• Edit
• Cancel Request
• Find
• Export Grid To Excel
• Refresh

Once run this screen will create Deposit transactions in the Landlord's Client Account for the amount that's been received. The Deposit Request will then change status to received and the Home Page Reminder will be removed.
