Offers

The Offers made tab displays a grid of Offers made against a specific Property.

 

For each Offer the following information will be displayed:

 

 

Adding an Offer

 

  1. To add an offer find the respective Property/Contact and click Sent/Offers.
  2. Click the Menu button and select New.
  3. Against the Contact Offering field select the Contact making the Offer.
  4. Enter the amount in the Amount Offered field.
  5. Use the Date field to store the offer date.
  6. The Notes fields enable you to store any pertinent information regarding the offer. The Date Stamp field can be use to update the Notes field with any subsequent information.
  7. The Status will be stored as Pending by default.

The Related Offers tab

All offers related to the Contact and Property are stored.

 

The Progression tab

For sales Properties when a Contact makes an offer you can store their Progression details. When the Offer is accepted all the details will be pulled through to the Progression screen to prevent you from re-adding them.

 

The System Info tab

All offers related to the Contact and Property are stored.

 

  1. Click Save. A message will appear 'Would you like to send this offer to the relevant parties?'. To send click Yes and a Send Property Offer screen will appear where the offer can be sent to the Vendor / Purchaser via Email or SMS Text. Click Send. If you say No to the prompt Property Offers can also be sent afterwards from the Property Offers screen via Menu -> Send Offer To Related Contacts.

 

The Send Property Offer screen will default to the templates specified in the System Configuration based on the status of the offer. The editable Offer templates are stored in File ->Configuration ->Site/Branch ->Property Offer Templates.

 

Accepting an Offer /Declining an Offer

  1. To accept an offer find the respective Property/Contact and click Sent/Offers.
  2. Click the Menu button and select New.
  3. Against the Contact Offering field select the Contact making the Offer.
  4. Enter the amount in the Amount Offered field.
  5. Use the Date field to store the offer date.
  6. The Notes fields enable you to store any pertinent information regarding the offer. The Date Stamp field can be use to update the Notes field with any subsequent information.
  7. The Status will be stored as Pending by default.
  8. Click Save.

 

 

From the Offers Made screen the following buttons are available from the Menu button:

 

 

A Offers are collated and displayed on the Property Offers screen.

 

When entering prices use keystrokes short cuts to make it quicker. For example, type "100K" and this will format as "£100,000", type "1M" and this will format as "£1,000,000"

When an Offer is added its Status is defaulted to Pending.

Setting an Offer to Accepted will automatically change all other Accepted Offers to Rejected, Pending Offers to Withdrawn and set the Property to have a Status of Under Offer.

If a Contact has made offers (Accepted, Pending) these will appear on the Contact screen, listing the most recent offer first.
