Property Developments

Each Property can be assigned as part of a Property Development. These are used to group Properties for the purpose of Applicant Matching e.g. a Applicant may only be interested in Properties in a certain Development.

New Developments can be created at any time and there is no limit to the number defined.

If your web site is designed and hosted by us then Property Developments are automatically Uploaded to your web site and used to group and search on Properties.

Adding a Property Development

General Details tab

1. Click the New button.
2. Enter the name of the development in the Description field.
3. Enter information relating to the development in the Full Description field.
4. If the country is outside the UK select the Country from the drop down list.
5. Enter the full address details.
6. Specify the status of the development in the Status field from either 'Available', 'Not Available'. Only 'Available' Developments are uploaded to the Internet.
7. If the Development is to be featured on your web select the Web Featured check box.
8. In the Area field choose the Property Area that the development resides in.
9. In the Pictures box photos can be added of the Development.
10. Optionally, you can attach further details in .pdf format. In the Details File Name field you click on the drop down arrow to attach a .pdf

Properties tab

Displays the Property List which filters on Properties in that Development.

Filter options are available to select which Properties to display.

The Menu button has the following options:

• Show Property Pictures
• Edit
• Appointment
• Reports
• Letter, Emails & SMS Texts
• Create Property Particulars/List
• Find
• Export Grid to Excel
• Filter Rows (Select All, Unselect All)
• Refresh

The Reports button enables the following reports to be produced

• Portfolio List
• Progression Report
• Progression Export

Emails can be sent containing details of Property Developments including the Description and Web link.
