Property Particulars Templates

Property Particular Templates allow the creation of particulars, brochures, and property lists with personalized property content via Merge Fields including text, images, maps, and QR codes.

To Produce Particulars for a Property

Find the Property click create Creating Particulars. Select the Template.

Designing Property Particulars

Each Template is created as a Microsoft Word Document. A Property Particulars Wizard is available to aid in the design process by enabling you to quickly change the text, background and border colours.

New Templates can be created at any time and there is no limit to the number of Templates defined.

Each Template has the following fields:

• Description
• Word File Name - the file name of a Microsoft Word Document (.DOC) or Template (.DOT) to use. If a file name is not specified then Acquaint will create a file with a named based on the Description when creating a new Template. If creating a new Template a list of available “base” templates is provided to choose from. Alternatively the Property Particulars Wizard can be used to create a suite of standard branded templates
• Attach EPC – optionally add the first page of the Property’s EPC to the end of the particulars (see EPC Legislation (UK Only))
• Inactive -select this checkbox if the Template is no longer to be used. This will stop it appearing in the lookup table

Producing Ravensworth Brochures

Ravensworth (https://www.ravensworth.co.uk/) produce effective marketing for estate agents. Digital Print Orders can be made directly from Acquaint.

To order a Ravensworth Brochure a .PDF version of the Property Particulars is required.

1. From a Property click Create Particulars, this will create a Word Version.
2. Right-click on the Word document and choose Create PDF, this will create a .PDF version.
3. Right click on the .PDF version and choose Order Ravensworth Brochure.

• The Setup button will open Microsoft Word with the document specified in the Word File Name field. Once loaded Merge Fields can be added to the document from the Microsoft Word main menu
