Property Presentations

The Property Presentation Module enables the easy creation of eye catching TFT/Plasma screen window presentations using full screen property details, scrolling lists and information slides with transition effects. Unlike the Property Presentation Export this option requires a PC running Acquaint to display the presentation.

Accessed by the Property Presentation icon from the Miscellaneous tab of the ribbon menu in the Property Screen Presentations group.

Creating a Property Presentation

1. Enter a description for the presentation.
2. In the Category field you choose a tenure from All, Sales or Lettings.
3. By default properties under offer will not be included but can be included by selecting the Include Under Offer check box.
4. Choose for Exclusive Homes to be included Always, Just or Never.
5. Click the Add button to select which Property Presentation Items you want to display.
6. New Property Presentation Items can be created by clicking the New button on the lookup table.
   1. Enter a Description for the Property Presentation Item.
   2. Select the Type of item from the drop down list e.g. Property Scrolling List, Property Details or Image.
   3. The Screen transition field enables you to specify how the screen should move.
   4. The Duration specifies how long the image is displayed on screen.
   5. A Background Image may be selected.
   6. Font, Fore Colour and Back Colour can be specified to customise the displayed.
   7. The Display Property Type field enables the Property Type to be displayed.
7. Once all the Property Presentation Items have been added click Save.

Running the Property Presentation

1. Click the Property Presentation icon.
2. Select the presentation from the lookup table and the presentation will run on the PC.
