Each Task / Note is allocated a Type. This describes what kind of Task / Note it is, for example Property Inspection Reminder, Telephone Call, Appointment Follow-up etc.
Task/Note Types can be accessed from the Configuration & Administration tab on the ribbon menu via the Contacts icon and selecting Task / Note Types or directly from the Correspondence tab when adding a new Task / Note.
New Types can be created at any time and there is no limit to the number of Types defined.
Notes can be configured to updated the Contact's Last Check Date by selecting the Update Contact Checked Date.
