Work Order List

Work Orders are used to track the progress of work / maintenance raised against a Property which will be actioned by a Contractor.

 

The Work Order List is accessed from the Main tab of the ribbon menu by clicking on the Work Order List icon in the Show group.  A Work Order list can be viewed against a property or contact by clicking on the Work Orders icon on the Show group of the ribbon.

 

Work Orders are displayed in chronological order and can be filtered on Status and Branch.

Right-clicking anywhere on the Work Orders screen will display the Menu options
