From the Main tab of the ribbon menu click the Contacts List icon. The Contact List will display a list of all the Contacts stored in Acquaint.
For each Contact the following information is displayed:
Last Name
Company Name
Telephone Numbers
The Contact List can be filtered on:
On the Contact List screen the following buttons are available from the Menu button or by right clicking:
Edit - view each Contacts full details
New Contact - add a new contact
Note - new Notes against a Contact
Task - new Tasks against a Contact
Reports - the Report button provides the following options;
- Contact List
- Contact Chart
- Appointment Analysis
- Contact Export
Letters, Emails & SMS Texts provides the following options from here you can send correspondence to Contacts in bulk;
- Address Labels
- Send a Letter
- Send an Email
- Send a SMS Text
Find - find text on screen
Export Grid to Excel - export the data to Excel
Refresh - click the Refresh button to display the latest contact information and set Market Position and Areas to All.
Filter Rows(Select All, Unselect All) - this will enable/disable the Filter Rows column allowing multiple contacts to be selected allowing the Letters, Emails and SMS Text option to be used for multiple records.
Note Acquaint will use the Contact's Mailing List Preference in their Correspondence screen, hence certain Contacts may not be included in your bulk mailing if their mailing preference prohibits this.
