Property Requirements

 

To specify a Contact's Property Requirements, from the Contact's screen from the Contact tab of the ribbon menu click the Requirements icon located in the Show group.

 

The Property Requirements screen displays a number of fields used to establish the Contact's property requirements. The information is used to perform Applicant Matching, thus the more accurate the requirement information is made, the more accurate the matching will be.

 

These defaults can be configured against each Property Type and Property Area to specify if it should be selected or deselected when adding a new Contact.

The following Rent requirements i.e. where the Category is Rent can be specified:

 

A Contact Property Requirements report can be produced from via the Requirements Report icon on the Advanced tab of the Property Requirements screen.

 

When entering prices using keystrokes, short cuts make it quicker. For example, type "100K" and this will format as "£100,000", type "1M" and this will format as "£1,000,000"
