- Payments are made through the Consolidated Payment Run screen which will create a Consolidated Payment Run Statement grouping the transactions by Property with a subtotal after each. This can be accessed via the Consolidated Debts reminder on the Home Page or accessed from the 'Consolidated Payment Run' button on the Financial tab.
- Debt are managed through the Consolidated Debt Management screen

Setting a Landlord as Consolidated Payments. cannot be reversed. This is very complex and we would advise contacting Support if this needs to be changed. Firstly all outstanding payments for the Landlord's properties would need to be paid. Then a new Landlord record created which is assigned as the Owner for the respective Properties.
Split Landlords can't be used with Consolidated Payments. If a Landlord has Consolidated Payments switched on you won't be able to set-up Split Landlord payments for them.
