About Properties

All your Property details can be stored from general overviews, Rooms, price, services, directions to the linking pictures and external documents. Offers, Details Sent, Publications, and Appointments are also logged against the Property providing a full history of events.

All Properties are maintained through two simple but comprehensive screens from which you can quickly find and browse their details.

1. The Property List screen - provides a list of all Properties that can be filtered by Tenure and Status
2. The Property screen - displays full details for a specific Property
3. The Property Progression screen provides a simple view of all For Sale properties that are Under Offer, and all Lettings properties where a Pre-Tenancy has been created.
