Property List

The Property List provides a list of all Properties and displays the following information displayed in alphabetical order based first letter of the property address,

For Sales:

• ID
• Picture
• Address
• Beds
• Price
• Type
• Status
• Market Date
• Days
• Apps (Appointments)
• Exchanged Date
• Completion Date
  
• Comm (Commission)
• Owner

For Lettings:

• ID
• Picture
• Address
• Beds
• Price
• Type
• Management Type
• Status
• Market Date
• Days
• Apps (Appointments)
• Available Date
  
• Comm (Commission)
• Owner

The Property List can be filtered on:

• Property Usage - Residential, Commercial, All
• Property Status - Valuation, Under Offer, Completed, Not Available, valuation, Archived
• Category - For Sale, To Let or All
• Property Type
• Agency Agreement Type - Sole, Joint Sole, Multiple, Sub-Instruction, All
• M
• Assigned User
• Branch
• Areas
• Selling Method

On the Property List screen the following buttons are available from the Menu button:

• Show Property Pictures
• Edit - displays the Main Details of the property enabling it to be edited.
• Appointment button - takes you to the diary screen to make an appointment, it will populate the appointment with the details for the selected property.

• Reports produces any of the following reports;

• Property List
• Property List with Pictures
• Property Charts
• Property Marketing Analysis
• Property Yield Report
• Property Portfolio Report (for Owners)
• Property Marketing Report (for Owners)
• Appointment Analysis Report
• Property Sales Commission Report
• Contact Export
• Property Export - produces a simple .CSV with properties and owners

• Letters, Emails & SMS Texts -
  • Produce Address Labels
  • Send A Letter
  • Send An Email
  • Send a SMS Text
• Create Property Particulars / List
• Viewing Mode - you can change the Viewing Mode from a List view to a Map View which will plot all the Properties on a Google Map.
• Find - find text on the screen
• Export Grid to Excel - export the data to a MS Excel worksheet
• Refresh - clicking the refresh button ensures the latest property information is displayed.
• Filter Rows (Select All, Unselect All)- this will enable/disable the Filter Rows column allowing multiple Contacts to be selected and Letters, Emails and SMS Text options to be used for multiple records.
