Applicant List
The Applicant List provides a list of all Contacts that have Property Requirements and that have a Current Status. This can therefore include Vendors and Landlords as well as "standard" Applicants.
The Applicant List displays the following information
- Last Name
- First Names
- Company Name
- Telephone Numbers
- Category
- Beds
- Min Price
- Max Price
- Market Position
- Additional Requirements
- Last Note/Task
- Last Contacted
- Days Active
The screen can be filtered on:
- Category - Buy / Rent
- Market Position
- Areas
- Property Types
- Price Range - Min / Max
- Floor Area (sqft)
- Land Area (acres)
- Usage
- Branch
- Source
- Assigned to User
- Bedroom Range - Min / Max
On the Applicant List screen the following buttons are available from the Menu button or by right clicking:
- Edit - view each Contacts full details
- New Contact - add a new contact
- Note - new Notes against a Contact
- Task - new Tasks against a Contact
- Match Properties - when accessed from here the Select Properties screen will not tick on any Properties by default.

button provides the following options;
- Contact List
- Contact Chart
- Appointment Analysis
- Contact Export
- Letters, Emails & SMS Texts - the report
button provides the following options;
- Find - find text on screen
- Export Grid to Excel
- Refresh - click the Refresh button to display the latest applicant information and set Market Position and Areas to All.
- Filter Rows - this will enable /disable the Filter Rows column allowing multiple contacts to be selected allowing the Letters, Emails and SMS Text option to be used for multiple records.
