Properties

The Properties screen displays a list of all the Properties a Contact is Selling or Letting. The tab is only displayed for Contacts that have a Type of either Vendor or Landlord.

The Properties screen provides a list of all Properties and displays the following information:

• ID
• Picture
• Address
• Beds
• Price
• Category
• Status
• Commission
• Accepted Offer
  

The Properties can be filtered on:

• Property Usage
• Property Status - Valuation, Under Offer, Completed, Not Available, valuation, Archived
• Category
• Property Type
• Development
• Agency Agreement Type
• Added By
• Sales Progressor
• Branch
• Areas
• Selling Method

The Count of properties is calculated based on the filter options selected.

On the Property List screen the following buttons are available:

1. New button - will transfer you to the add a Property  screen enabling a property to be added.
2. Refresh button - clicking the refresh button ensures the latest applicant information is displayed.
3. Reports button - the report button provides the following options;

• Property List
• Property List (Summary)
• Property Analysis
• Property Yield Report
• Property Marketing Analysis
• Property Portfolio Report (for Owners)
• Property Marketing Report (for Owners)
• Aged Debtors Summary Report
• Aged Debtors Details Report
• Appointment Analysis Report
• Produce Address Labels
• Send A Letter
• Send An Email
• Send A SMS Text
• Create Property Particulars / List

4. Appointments button - takes you to diary screen to make an Appointment, it will populate the Appointment with the details for the selected Property.
