Match and Market

 

The Match & Market feature is accessed via Main tab -> Match & Market.

 

The screen is split into two tabs, one to send Emails, and the other for Post Property Details. Both tabs display a count of the number of Contacts that have been matched and allow the on-screen browsing of them.

 

The Branch field enables you to choose the branch processing the matching.

 

The Usage field enables you to filter on Residential or Commercial Properties.


The Category enables you to choose from All Properties or to filter by For Sale or To Let.

 

The matching of Contacts and Properties is performed automatically based on each Contacts Property Requirements. There are however a number of additional options available that can help fine tune the matching processing:

 

 

Emailing Property details

Under the Email Property Details tab a count of Contacts to email will be shown. Upon clicking Send Emails the preview screen will be displayed enabling you to check them before sending. If you need to see the Contacts details prior to sending click the Browse Contacts button and this will let you scroll through the respective Contact details and make any necessary amendments using the Edit Contact function.

 

Clicking the Send Email button to display the email screen for previewing and click Send to send.

 

The Email template(s) available are restricted to those with an Type of Property Bulletin (Matched Properties) under the Email Options in Email Templates.

Posting Property Details

Under the Post Property Details tab a count of Contacts to email will be shown. Upon clicking Letter the or Address Labels the preview screen will be displayed enabling you to check them before producing. After producing Address Labels and/or Letters a Collation Report can be produced that lists each Contact and the Properties that need to be Posted to them.

 

Running the Collation Report also updates each Contact record and logs which Properties have been sent to them (note the Undo Posting option will reverse this).

 

An Applicant Matching field on the Details #3 screen of a Property which is set to 'All' by default but can be changed to 'None' which affects matching Applicants to Properties but not the other way round, i.e. you can load a Property then click Match to see who would be interested.
